There's a difference between challenging yourself and pushing yourself to the limit. Save the extreme workouts for after you have a solid training base. Then knock yourself out. Leave at least one day between each of your full-body machine weightlifting sessions.
More rest beats not enough rest, so make sure you're fully recovered and feeling great each time you step in the gym. If you can do three sessions, excellent! But don't force yourself if you feel like you could use another day off.
So now that you know the key components of what makes for a successful machine workout program, here are a few routines to follow. You can either repeat one of them two to three times per week, or cycle among all three. Each workout will work every muscle group in your body while also help to boost your metabolic rate.

Or the much loved yoga pants that many use as everyday pants. I love this headband and have another one almost like it. It was made by one of my dental patients, and she would sell them on either Etsy or eBay. The sheerness gives you a slight bit of air conditioning without being too revealing.
This great detail can even be found on looser leggings too. This top was one given to me by a friend; however, it was a tad big so I gifted it to Nancy. The strappy part in the back makes it very fashion forward.
For those of you who feel more comfortable in a top with sleeves, I have you covered get it? This short sleeve version is made of moisture-wicking fabric. Of course you could always just cover up with a fun work out jacket that could even be worn for running errands since it looks so good.
Nancy is wearing pilates socks. If you do pilates or even barre workouts, then you might be familiar with these. There are a couple of different variations of these kinds of socks. They also come without the mesh too. Or you could even have a pair where your toes were exposed.
I bet you never knew there were so many socks like these. My mom has a huge selection of fitness clothing but much of it is older. If you are like that too, then you might find more varieties of leggings in the colder months.
